Every restaurant gets its own ordering page, a link to share on Instagram, WhatsApp or your website, and a printable QR poster and table cards for your counter.
Orders that come through your link or QR code pay OJA a lower commission than orders from the marketplace.

Honest fees
Straight from OJA's current fee settings for United States. No sign-up fee, no monthly fee.

- Customers who opened your link or scanned your QR code in the last 7 days.
- Customer service fee (paid by the customer, not you): 2%, capped at $25.00 per order.
- Delivery fees are yours to set. Tips go to whoever delivers (your driver or the OJA courier), never to OJA.
- If OJA changes a fee, orders already placed keep the fee they were placed with.

Who sets my prices?
You do. OJA never sets, suggests or compares your prices with other restaurants.
Am I locked in?
No. You can pause taking orders whenever you like, switch your marketplace listing off, or close your store.
Why is my link cheaper than the marketplace?
Customers who come through your own link or QR code found you themselves, so OJA charges you a lower commission on those orders. Orders from customers who found you on the OJA marketplace pay the marketplace rate. Both rates are shown on this page from OJA's current fee settings.
Who delivers?
Your choice: your own drivers, OJA couriers where available, or both — picked per order. Customers can also pick up.
How long does verification take?
OJA's team reviews each restaurant's documents by hand. You can build your menu while you wait, and you'll get a notification the moment you're live.
When do I get paid for card orders?
Card payments and payouts start once they're switched on for your area — your checklist shows whether they're live. Until then customers pay you directly at pickup.
